How this practice area works

Government and PRO transactions in Dubai move through several separate authorities, from GDRFA and MOHRE to municipality and typing centre channels, and each one updates its own checklist without much notice. Most of the delays we see did not start as a legal problem; they started as a missing attestation, a name spelled two different ways across two documents, or a fee paid to the wrong counter. Our PRO desk exists to remove that guesswork. Before anything is submitted, a coordinator maps the exact sequence of approvals your case requires, confirms which originals and certified copies each authority expects, and books the physical appointments where one is unavoidable. Files come from residents, employers sponsoring staff, landlords, and companies restructuring their workforce, so we keep templates for the common scenarios and treat unusual ones as a project with its own checklist. The result is a file that is prepared once, correctly, and a client who is told what to expect rather than what went wrong.

What this desk handles

How the file moves

  • We confirm the objective, list the documents required and quote government and service fees in writing.
  • Your consultant prepares, types and submits the file, then follows it through each approval stage.
  • You receive the outcome document, a copy for your records and a reminder before any renewal falls due.

Why clients use this desk

Same-day counter visits

Documents received in the morning are typed, cross-checked and lodged at the relevant counter the same working day, with no queue for you to stand in.

Checklists updated weekly

Immigration and municipality requirements shift often. We keep our submission checklists current so your file is not rejected on an outdated rule.

A reference for every stage

Every application receives an internal reference and a written status update, so you always know exactly where your file sits.

We stand at the counter

Our PRO team represents you in person for typing centres, medical fitness centres and government service points wherever a physical visit is required.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a UAE residence visa take once my documents are ready?

Once your entry permit, medical fitness test and Emirates ID biometrics are complete, residence stamping typically finishes within a few working days. The overall timeline depends on which visa category applies and whether any attested documents are still pending, which is why we confirm a realistic date in writing before your file is submitted.

Can you process Emirates ID for my spouse and children at the same time?

Yes. Family sponsorship applications are handled together where possible so appointments, fingerprinting and Emirates ID collection happen in a coordinated sequence rather than as separate files that arrive at different times.

Do you handle attestation for documents that will be used outside the UAE?

We manage MOFA attestation and, where required, embassy legalisation for certificates and commercial documents that need to be recognised in another country, coordinating with the relevant consulate on your behalf.

What happens if part of my file is rejected by immigration?

We review the rejection reason directly with the department, correct the underlying document or form, and resubmit at no extra service charge for our own error. If the rejection was due to an external document, we advise exactly what needs to be reissued and by whom.
