Practice areas

Everything Dubai file requires.

Five specialist desks, one office on Sheikh Zayed Road. Choose a practice area to see exactly what we handle, what we need from you, and how long each approval usually takes.

Inside each desk

What each practice area actually does.

Government & PRO Services

Government and PRO transactions in Dubai move through several separate authorities, from GDRFA and MOHRE to municipality and typing centre channels, and each one updates its own checklist without much notice. Most of the delays we see did not start as a legal problem; they started as a missing attestation, a name spelled two different ways across two documents, or a fee paid to the wrong counter. Our PRO desk exists to remove that guesswork. Before anything is submitted, a coordinator maps the exact sequence of approvals your case requires, confirms which originals and certified copies each authority expects, and books the physical appointments where one is unavoidable. Files come from residents, employers sponsoring staff, landlords, and companies restructuring their workforce, so we keep templates for the common scenarios and treat unusual ones as a project with its own checklist. The result is a file that is prepared once, correctly, and a client who is told what to expect rather than what went wrong.

Tax & Accounting Services

VAT and corporate tax are no longer light-touch formalities in the UAE; both are now active audit territory for the Federal Tax Authority, and the businesses that get caught out are usually the ones treating tax filing as a once-a-quarter chore rather than a continuous discipline. Our accountants work from reconciled monthly ledgers rather than year-end estimates, so the numbers behind every VAT return and corporate tax computation are already documented before the filing deadline arrives. For clinics, contractors, trading companies and free zone entities assessing qualifying income, that discipline is what turns an FTA information request from a crisis into a same-week reply. We also handle the practical side that often gets missed: WPS payroll runs, end-of-service calculations, and the bookkeeping hygiene that keeps a business audit-ready year round instead of scrambling before a renewal or a bank facility review.

Legal Services

A large share of legal problems we resolve for clients did not begin as disputes; they began as a contract clause nobody read carefully, or a translation that a court or notary later refused to accept. Our legal desk pairs Ministry of Justice certified translators with UAE-qualified consultants so that documents are correct in both the language they were drafted in and the language the receiving authority requires. That matters for employment contracts governed by MOHRE rules, for shareholder agreements that need to hold up if a partnership sours, and for DED compliance filings where a single incorrect activity code can stall a licence renewal. We draft new agreements, redline the ones a counterparty sends you, and step in when a labour complaint or a compliance notice needs a documented response rather than a rushed one.

Real Estate & RDC

Tenancy disputes in Dubai are decided at the Rental Dispute Center, and the outcome usually depends less on who is right in principle and more on whose case was filed with the correct evidence bundle, the correct notice periods, and the correct procedural steps. We represent both landlords pursuing eviction or rent recovery and tenants defending against unfair terms, preparing the case file, calculating the RDC fee, and arguing the matter at hearing. Alongside dispute work we handle the paperwork that prevents disputes from starting: Ejari registration and renewal, and clause-by-clause review of a lease before either party signs it. When a judgment is issued in your favour, we do not consider the file closed until enforcement has actually taken place, because a judgment on paper is not the same as a resolved matter.

Business Setup

Choosing between a mainland licence and a free zone package is the first real decision in setting up a UAE company, and it shapes what activities you can perform, who you can contract with, and what visa allocation you receive, so it deserves more thought than picking whichever option is fastest to open. We start by understanding the market you actually intend to serve, then structure activity codes, shareholding and office requirements around that answer rather than a generic template. From name reservation and MOA drafting through Ejari and trade licence issuance, we manage the sequence end to end, and once the company is trading we keep licence renewals, establishment card processing and local sponsor arrangements on schedule so a lapsed licence never interrupts your operations.
